My story...

Even before hitting my thirties I was given a gift; one that most don't see as a gift, the scare of cancer. Already disabled, I had been diagnosed with a slew of ailments, from Fibromyalgia to Migraines to debilitating Lupus to name a few. I saw two choices - fight or give up. With an encouraging loving friend working under a Naturopathic Doctor, I decided to give it one last good fight. Utilizing natural medicine took a lot of willpower, learning and lifestyle changes. I have closely watched the positive evolution of my health, energy and mind – and they have all vastly improved after making modifications to include natural medicine as a staple in my life.

Realizing the benefits of natural medicine, I became a Holistic Health Practitioner, which has led me to my current practice. I am working on obtaining my Doctorate in Natural Medicine. I no longer need a wheel chair to grocery shop, but a good pair of running shoes instead! 

I look forward to sharing my gift of knowledge and experience with others. I believe incorporating natural medicine along with other healthy lifestyle changes can create a host of positive benefits for all.

The cancer scare has given me a gift; a gift of understanding most don't get until very late in life when they reflect back and ask that question "What would I have done differently?” All of the pains and ailments I have suffered through have also given me the gift of empathy and understanding.

This leads me to today, where every day I live; I do it to the fullest with art and my business and take those chances in life, not just talk about it or dream. 

I work under the principles and philosophies of Ayurveda, Taoist, Holistic Natural Medicine, Gerontology, Reflexology, Kinesiology, Biofeedback, Auricular, Nutrition, Utopic Code and Emotional Reasoning.

I hold a degree in Gerontology and I taught an accredited Natural Medicine course at Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, TX.
